Shipping within Italy and Internationally
After placing an order, the product is carefully inspected and packaged by Buonocore Gioielli. In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery usually takes 48-72 hours, but for Calabria, Sicily, islands, and remote locations, it may require an additional day.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on destination and external factors such as bad weather, strikes, or courier workload.
For international shipments, delivery times vary by country, averaging 10-15 business days.
Personalized jewelry or items not immediately available will be shipped upon completion of production or within thirty (30) business days from the order date. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please accept it with reservation.
Returns
You have 14 days to return products purchased on our e-commerce platform.
To request a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and include all original tags.
Customized jewelry or resized pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.
The refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the date we receive the package.
Return Policy
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any fees or justification within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchased jewelry.
You can choose between a full refund or an exchange for an identical item or one of equal value.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the jewelry must be:
