As an independent entity, the Responsible Jewellery Council guarantees that jewelry is crafted ethically and sustainably, following strict standards that cover the entire product lifecycle—from mine to retail. This includes respect for human rights, environmental protection, and fair working conditions.

Diamond Selection Criteria

In compliance with Law No. 24/2023 on Whistleblowing, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, Buonocore Gioielli has established a dedicated and confidential channel for reporting unlawfulconduct, breaches of laws, regulations, EU provisions, or the company’s Code of Ethics.
Anyone who becomes aware of irregularities in the context of Buonocore Gioielli’s operations – including employees, collaborators, suppliers, or any other individuals connected with the company – may submit a report in good faith. All reports are protected by confidentiality and processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Scope of reports
